Vidyasagar College of Education celebrates the Republic Day without a miss on every January 26. The programme begins with flag hoisting ceremony by the honourable Principal and singing the National Anthem by all the college members. Next, everyone gathers in the multi-purpose hall to listen to the valuable speech by the head of the institution. The speech is always motivational for the students as it makes them aware of their true being as the citizen of this nation.
