World Entrepreneurs Day 2024

Vidyasagar College of Education Rupandighi Phansidewa Darjeeling West Bengal celebrated World Entrepreneurs’ Day on 21st August 2024. It is a day to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship and to recognise the important role that entrepreneurs play in driving innovation, creating jobs, and fostering economic growth. Program was started with lighting of the Auspicious lamp and welcome song by teacher trainees followed by inaugural Address by Honourable Principal madam Dr. Savita Mishra in which she has highlighted the importance of Skill and vocational Education for entrepreneurship and holistic development of students. Convenor of Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Cell Mrs. Paramita Dasgupta has arranged and coordinated the program very nicely. Mr. Abhinav Pradhan,  2nd Semester teacher trainees coordinated the whole program very effectively. Students have also presented their view points through speech and power point presentation. The program was indeed very fruitful, informative, innovative and enriched for our teacher trainees. Today’s program was concluded with the vote of thanks given by Mr. Abhinav Pradhan. In his address he thanked Principal madam, teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, management committee, convenor and Students for making today’s program a grand success.
