Vidyasagar College of Education, Rupandighi Phansidewa organized Unnat Bharat Abhiyan program. The main objective of this program is to faculty and students to join UBA initiatives. Five villages were covered in the Survey, that is Liusipakuri, Hatiram, Kashiram, Rupandighi and Guabari. The main thematic areas of the programs were sustainable agriculture system, water resource management, renewal energy system and livelihood and basic amenities, school education, digital education, etc. The coordinator of the UBA cell is Mr. Souvik Bhatta, Assistant Professor, VCE, Rupandighi, Phansidewa, Siliguri.
