The programme was organized by Bharatiya shikshan Mandal, Uttarbanga in collaboration with Vidyasagar College of Education,Rupandighi,Phansidewa, Dist-Darjeeling. The programme was started with lighting the lamp, offering khada to all the dignitaries and followed with college prayer song. 30 best research papers were selected from Uttarbanga prant and all the 30 researchers were awarded in Vidyasagar College of Education.
