Medha Lecture Series 18th August 2024

Vidyasagar College of Education Rupandighi Phansidewa Darjeeling West Bengal organized successfully second Expert Lecture of the MEDHA LECTURE SERIES on 18th August 2024 in which eminent speaker Mrs. Payal Das,  HOD Social Science & Qatar History Shantiniketan Indian School, Doha-Qatar delivered lecture on topic “Behaviour Challenges in Your Classroom-Identification & Management”. Program was started with Welcome Address by Honourable Principal madam Dr Savita Mishra in which she has highlighted the importance of classroom management, identification the problems of students in the classroom and the management of different behavioural problems. Coordinator Mrs. Dorothy Mukherjee has given brief introduction of Mrs. Payal Das and coordinated the Session smoothly. Mrs. Payal Das presented the various behavioral challenges in the classroom, identification and management of these challenges in details in a very effective way with various examples so that our teacher trainees could understand it and manage the classroom efficiently. The Session was indeed very fruitful,  knowledgeable, informative, innovative and enriched for us. The Session was very interactive. Today’s session was concluded with the vote of thanks given by Convenor Mrs. Archana Tamang. In her address she thanked Resource Person Mrs. Payal Das, Principal madam,  technical expert Mr. Sandipan Maity, organizing committee,  teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, management committee, Students and Participants for making today’s session a grand success.
