In the year 2017, Vidyasagar College of Education organized two-day international seminar on the theme “Education and Society: Problems, Prospects and New Trends” with eminent guests arriving from Bhutan, Bangladesh and dignified Vice-Chancellor of WBUTTEPA. More than 100 delegates came up with novel ideas and remarkably turned the seminar into a grand success. The primary objective of the seminar was to reflect on various innovations, practices, problems, issues and emerging trends in all the disciplines of education, science, social science, ICT and teacher education.
